This election will be an election by mail. Ballots will be mailed out to registered voters the week of October 23.
All ballots must be returned before 5 p.m. on Nov. 14, 2023 within a sealed Return Identification Envelope to your respective county election office by US Mail. Place 66¢ postage on the Return Identification Envelope and mail at least two weeks in advance.

Hand deliver the ballot to the election office during business hours or put inside the Election Drop Box outside your county election office.

- Register online or print an application to mail before Friday, Oct. 27 at https://www.nebraska.gov/apps-sos-voter-registration
- Register in person by Friday, Nov. 3 at 6 p.m. with your county election official.
